Dr John Devlin, Independent Chairman
Dr John Devlin has extensive commercial experience in the biotechnology industry including participating in a management buyout of a large US drug development and manufacturing firm and its subsequent profitable sale.
Dr Devlin, through Devchem Pty Limited, is an advisor on formulation development, scale up and US-FDA requirements to over 30 Australian,
New Zealand and Asian biotech companies.
Mr Larry Stenswick, Founder and Director
Mr Larry Stenswick was founding CEO of Enzo Nutraceuticals Ltd, where he commercialised a university project into a successful international health products company. At Enzo he managed four clinical trials and built an IP portfolio including a number of patents. He has extensive experience in start-ups, mergers and acquisitions and has taken several start-ups through to high yielding trade sales.
Mr David Beard, Director
Mr David Beard is a principal of Movac (www.movac.co.nz) a private investment manager that is the largest investor in Migco. Mr Beard has over 25 years of experience in management consultancy, project and business management, banking and information technology. David provides both formal skills (strategic and business planning) developed as a management consultant with Deloitte Consulting (www.deloitte.com) as well as motivation and leadership skills acquired as a successful entrepreneur.
Mr David Giles, Director
Mr. David Giles is the Managing Director and co-founder of Enzo Nutraceuticals, Ltd a leading producer of branded botanical extracts and a shareholder in Migco. He has over 10 years’ experience in the natural products industry and has managed several commercially successful new ventures. An engineering graduate, his early career was in oil and gas production and mining where he managed a number of projects over a 15 year period.
